Amazon's 20-year nuclear power deal with Constellation
Amazon agreed to buy power from Constellation's Maryland nuclear plant for 20 years and to help pay for adding to its output. A long contract with a large buyer makes Constellation's income steadier and lets it keep the plant running longer, which favours it over other utilities.
